Grant Award Report Forms
The Knott Foundation requires every grant recipient to submit an interim grant report and a post grant report. These reports are reviewed by the Foundation’s staff and shared with the Board of Trustees, and they become part of a grant recipient’s application portfolio in the event that the organization reapplies for funding.
- Interim Grant Report - Interim Reports are due six (6) months from the date of award. Reminder notifications will be sent out one (1) month prior to the report due date.
- Post Grant Report - Post Grant Reports are due one (1) year from the date of award. Reminder notifications will be sent out one (1) month prior to the report due date.
We realize that not all grants go exactly as planned. Therefore, it is important to highlight both your successes and challenges in the interim and post grant reports – we want to learn what went well, and what you would have done differently. Ultimately, we collect best practices and lessons learned to better inform our own grantmaking, and we thank all of our grantees for helping us with this process.
Regardless of where you are in your grant award cycle, if you have some news to share with us, we would love to hear from you. Email us at knott@knottfoundation.org.
